The only weighted belt on the market built with DuPont™ Kevlar® fiber. This ultra-durable belt cinches around the waist to provide a comfortable easy on/off way to add weight to your workouts. This belt can be used for both resistance training and contrast training. Contrast training is a key element in speed development. This belt is ideal for this type of training due to its easy on/off capability for making the quick transitions from resistance training to free movements. The belt comes pre-weighted in 10lb and 20lb increments that can be adjusted down in 1/2lb increments for the 10lb belt and 1lb increments for the 20lb belt by removing the coated weight bars.
